Typhoon
Also being immutable does not equate to good either. When your graduation path is to go to somewhere like GKE later, you need to implement OS-level fixes to have like-for-like systems so attaching NFS can be done with cluster DNS. I see things like Flatcar and Talos as a good option, but it's not a good option for me. I do intrusion detection with tripwire instead.
