Stars - the number of stars that a project has on GitHub. Growth - month over month growth in stars.
Activity is a relative number indicating how actively a project is being developed. Recent commits have higher weight than older ones.
For example, an activity of 9.0 indicates that a project is amongst the top 10% of the most actively developed projects that we are tracking.

This is an interesting idea. Personally I'm not a fan of the default interaction model of a special keymappings to select a register, then having it clobber my default register. I personally prefer the way https://github.com/tversteeg/registers.nvim does this by essentially intercepting keymappings that are already standard and inserting the window.

What Vim trick or keycombo do you wish you new MUCH sooner?
I also use a clipboard manager (Clipboard Indicator GNOME extension), but learning that you can paste the last thing you yanked with "0p or "0P was a game changer for me. That and the registers.nvim plugin.

Can I jump to opened buffer instead of display is in current window?
Check out harpoon and other.nvim for improving your workflow. I've only used harpoon and am really satisfied with using it. other is on my checklist, so you might also test it out.
