refinedstorage VS Cyclic

RS uses some mid tier loot too, but not quite as much of it. You can get away with just a controller, a grid, some cables, and external storage (that's the name of the dongle you point at a chest or a drawer controller). https://refinedmods.com/refined-storage/ to get started. RS is simpler to use and is a little cheaper in VH than AE2.

So I "found" (linked from CF page) a Github repo that seems to be the mod you want to modify, and if it is so, then it's under MIT which means you already have permission to change it and distribute changed versions etc. See here: https://github.com/Lothrazar/Cyclic

You're not necessarily wrong. Unfortunately, you've stated your criticisms in the worst, least constructive way possible, so you look like a jackass.
