react native webview explicitly says it's compatible with react-native-windows, but I cannot get any project to build on Windows if it includes react native webview.

Can probably get it work in React Native with like a React Native WebView or an Expo GLView?

Use React Native WebView (https://github.com/react-native-webview/react-native-webview) or Cordova to get a webview to render React.js. I’d store data offline. Not sure what the limitations on interactivity are.

NextAuth.js is not perfect. One of the shortcomings is that it currently does not implement federated logout. This means that even if a user signs out of the Next.js app, he does NOT get signed out of the Cognito user pool client.
