react native webview explicitly says it's compatible with react-native-windows, but I cannot get any project to build on Windows if it includes react native webview.

Can probably get it work in React Native with like a React Native WebView or an Expo GLView?

Use React Native WebView (https://github.com/react-native-webview/react-native-webview) or Cordova to get a webview to render React.js. I’d store data offline. Not sure what the limitations on interactivity are.

Ionic Vue tabs navigation when using with child views inside of tabs is broken. The problem is that navigation(routing) using the tabs should be non-linear, but Ionic Vue has an issue with preserving the history track for each of the tabs. The issue is described there.
