The quickest way I personally would get a website up and running would be Create React App to set up the boilerplate and build pipeline ( https://www.npmjs.com/create-react-app ) and then use react-gh-pages to deploy it to a free github page ( https://github.com/gitname/react-gh-pages )

What after create React app? I
Vite is basically CRA equivalent but faster and has a lot of plugins available. Next is complete framework and has it's own opinionated style. There is nothing wrong with using CRA in existing projects as long as everything works. But if you ever want to migrate, Vite is much easier to migrate to since it has a lot of similarities to CRA. There is even migration tool out there: https://github.com/bhbs/viject
