If you want them all in one notebook, you can get a PDF file with sections. I'm pretty sure adding pages doesn't break the links, but the new pages will be without a template (so you might wanna get something like I linked with blank pages).

It's been a while, but I finally updated my templates (:
They are all started out as 5mm spaced, but somewhere along the resizing, they got smaller and I love them! If you're curious, you can find them on github (there is space for the toolbar and you can flip it if you keep it on the left).

Bullet Journaling Templates?
I made two different ones, but I only use the 6-month one. It has a Future Log, Monthly Log, and Weekly views (with room for notes, tasks, and 2 habit trackers).

I'm having fun making these (:

So, I had to make one, too, lol. (Year, Week, Notes)
Here's a link to the planner. It's 14 months, the word "other" on the second page of the Future Log links to the Notes (to which there are 13 pages for).

Well, until bookmarks are a thing, at least I can now use something like this (:
This notebook didn't work out, so I've made three others that do.

Interactive Notebook
The interactive notebook I brought didn't quite work out as I'd hoped, so I created my own. It has a blank cover page, an index, 5 sections, 55 pages each, 15pt lined pages. There are links at the bottom of every page for the index and the sections. You can download it and check out some screenshots by clicking here if you'd like to check it out. I'll probably make some more. Also, I can't seem to stop the PDF from resizing, if you have any suggestions, let me know.
