is deluge 1.3.15 thin client the fastest for seeding private trackers?
libtorrent (rasterbar) is the backend you want because it can be tweaked to be the most aggressive. You can use Deluge 1.3.15 or 2.0.x with ltConfig, or you can use qbit with https://github.com/ckcr4lyf/qbit-race.

Need Some Assistance, FeralHosting and Updating Qbittorrent-nox
You need a static build where dependencies are linked directly within the binary and don't have any depends on shared libraries. Userdocs is pretty much the gold standard here: https://github.com/userdocs/qbittorrent-nox-static/releases

RSS on qBittorrent-nox 4.2.5
Have you considered upgrading to a newer version? It shouldn't be much more complicated than downloading and replacing the binary.

Torrents with errors don't appear on the error section
I use qBittorrent-nox WebUI on a seedbox, and I'm having some issues. I'm a private trackers user.

can I limit rtorrent to one download at a time
You're using the wrong client for racing. rTorrent is probably the worst client you can use to race. I suggest you use qBittorrent instead. If your seedbox has SSH access, you can install it on your own, if your provider doesn't offer qBittorrent.

Migrating 4.3.9 on bare metal to 4.4.1 inside docker
I appreciate the confirmation. I tried rolling back to 4.4.0-ls170 and had the same issue. I grabbed the 4.4.1 QT6 based appimage from https://github.com/userdocs/qbittorrent-nox-static/releases, and am running it on bare-metal just like my previous setup on 4.3.9.
