Building Multi-CPU Architecture Docker Images for ARM and x86
You could reduce your code in the Dockerfile by using variables in your "FROM" and your download commands. See a multi arch Docker image of mine

HOMELAB UPDATE!
If you use the raw from sources Version basically yes. For the docker image in theory too but I use this image https://github.com/Ezka77/xen-orchestra-ce which is also available on the official docker hub and due to automation it gets updated about every week with the latest build of the XenOrchestra project. I simply run once a week an ansible playbook to update all my docker containers so if there is a new one I get it. It just takes a couple seconds to be back up and running on an update.
