A very good addon for finding groups for M+ : Premade groups. Make full use of the Advanced Filter Expression for better results!
You need to get another addon called Premade regions. https://www.curseforge.com/wow/addons/premade-regions This extends the addon so that it can also see the region the party leader is from.
