Getting manually declined from a group finder group should hide the group, not immediately relist it for you to get declined again
I use PGF, I first enter my filter and then start putting applications in. Once you click "Search" again all of your applications will be at the very top of the list of groups with your oldest application being at the bottom of the apps. I give people 60 seconds to invite me before I move on.

You need to get another addon called Premade regions. https://www.curseforge.com/wow/addons/premade-regions This extends the addon so that it can also see the region the party leader is from.
