The PFG filters cannot filter by key level, but they can filter out just about every other possible metric. https://github.com/0xbs/premade-groups-filter/wiki/Keywords

I use PGF, I first enter my filter and then start putting applications in. Once you click "Search" again all of your applications will be at the very top of the list of groups with your oldest application being at the bottom of the apps. I give people 60 seconds to invite me before I move on.

SavedInstances - saves a lot information about id's, currencys - and actual key aswell as completed m+ dungeons for the week etc. across characters

I think Saved Instances can do that for you.

SavedInstances shows the number of entered Instances an the cap. It also shows the instance / raid ids your toons have.
