I'm a brazilian and intend to create a site like mappingpoliceviolence for my country, the creator of the site, Connor Rothschild, used R and Vue to make it (https://github.com/connorrothschild/police-killings). I don't have the knowledge in data science to create something like it from scratch, so i would like to know if a site with the same objective can be made and implmented using GIS only.
