You can buy everything in bulk its just that people dont know how to, or don't bother to, list them in bulk. I've sold prophecies in bulk many times. Perhaps something like trade site enhancer would help though, since it can group individual listings from a single seller.

I thought most people who use 3rd party tools for PoE were already using this https://github.com/VolatilePulse/PoB-Item-Tester script which does the same thing and has existed for over 4 years.

You can also use POB Item Tester with Xanthic's web service to spit out automatic weighted DPS searches for your build based on a PoB. This is generally very useful for jewels that have a ton of different specific mods, but you can also use it for other gear.

Pick a spell you like (or any other skill that primarily scales of gem levels) and take some time to learn how to use PoeItemTester, if you're using a spell it can really help bridge the gap between the wand you found in a T2 map and the wands people are crafting for 30ex.
