Buffering on Plex with Cloudflare CDN?
Cache is disabled, everything is setup accordingly, using this for my nginx config in an attempt to fix performance but nothing.

Nginx reverse proxy suddenly not working
I have been using a reverse proxy setup for close to two years. I use the nginx config shown in this github. I have configured it all to my local setup with the correct certification files from certbot and have recently renewed the certificates.

Can you proxy Plex? (CG-NAT)

Still need to use ports outside my LAN
I recommend modifying this file for your reverse proxy. You can set it up as explained in this article. You basically need to set up a proxy pass from the subdomain to your local server. I recommend opening port 443 as well for SSL.
What are some alternatives?
