The state of (real) Linux on phones - will they ever be truly usable?
Android is basically open source at the bare minimum. To use Android in a meaningful way, you need Google Play Services, which are proprietary and have root privileges on most Android phones (allowing Google to collect a lot of private data easily). The only ROMs I know of which utilise Sandboxed Google Play Services are GrapheneOS and ProtonAOSP. microG exists on CalyxOS and /e/ OS, but it will never be as compatible as Google Play Services.

Android loses 8% of its global OS market share in five years
One problem with relying on emulation is that Google has moved a lot of functionality from the open source Android layer to Google Play Services, and they obviously wont publish that on someone else's platform.

PrivacyGuides.org considered harmful?
The main privacy concern with most Android devices is that they usually include Google Play Services.

What legal documents should your app have?
Yeah, frustrating I know. I actually made a PR 5 months ago (based on another) to introduce the ability to add libraries if they don’t have it included in their POM. Our use case was that we used a web view with local JS files that we needed to attribute to.

Baritone API 1.9.3 implementation in Fabric mod
I've recently started creating mods in Fabric and I wanted to add the Baritone API (for 1.19.4) in my project. I've downloaded this file from the reposatory (https://github.com/cabaletta/baritone/releases/download/v1.9.3/baritone-api-fabric-1.9.3.jar). How can I access the .jar methods such as BaritoneAPI.getSettings() using Intellij Idea? PS: I have tried going into File > Project Structure > Libraries > Add Project Library, then selecting the .jar file and reloading All Gradle Projects, but it still doesn't seem to detect the jar. I might be missing something obvious. I've tried looking everywhere online but I couldn't find any fabric implementation.

Autominer mod?
Here's the download. If you're using 1.19.4, make sure you download version 1.9.3, even though 1.9.4 is newer. There are Forge and Fabric versions available, so should be as simple as downloading it and dragging it into a mods folder. It might take a bit to figure out the commands, but there's a ton of documentation available.

Does impact work with phobos?
impact isn't very good and phobos is a bit outdated by now, you should use 3arthh4ck from https://github.com/3arthqu4ke/3arthh4ck. you can install baritone as a normal forge mod from https://github.com/cabaletta/baritone. lambda you already have, and lambda also has some sort of baritone support/features so you should just stop using impact and stick to 3arth+lambda.
