The number of mentions indicates the total number of mentions that we've tracked plus the number of user suggested alternatives.
Stars - the number of stars that a project has on GitHub. Growth - month over month growth in stars.
Activity is a relative number indicating how actively a project is being developed. Recent commits have higher weight than older ones.
For example, an activity of 9.0 indicates that a project is amongst the top 10% of the most actively developed projects that we are tracking.

Exposure time calibration test multiple exposure times
Thank you. Those look awesome. I don't have a rerf file and I haven't been able to find one. I have the original Photon. I did find what I was looking for here... https://github.com/altLab/photon-resin-calibration

What eco resin and exposure time are you using on the mars 2 ?
This one works with my Mars 1: https://github.com/altLab/photon-resin-calibration And this one works for other people/printers(havent tested that one): https://github.com/Photonsters/Resin-exposure-finder-v2

Resin exposure test clarification
I understand I can't use the Photonsters original resin exposure tool, as it doesn't work on the Fauxton or Photon S.
-
Can the OG photon do a RERF test?
Not the RERF test specifically, but there are other exposure tests mentioned on the Photonsters github

Find the Perfect Exposure for Resin 3D Printing With UVTools!
I was expecting the test to behave like the altLab test on Github. I had the "Use different settings for layers with the same Z positioning" enabled and "Lift height" unchecked.
- Been having a heck of a time with Elegoo ABS Like Grey
- Huge gash in my print on original photon. 50um, 6.5 exposure time using lychee slicer. Any idea what could have caused this?

Mono never ceases to amaze me! printed with Anycubic Grey in 10 hours at .025 LH
I'm seeing some support failures and some exposure issues in your pictures (Which could actually be linked).. you might want to use the exposure test from https://github.com/altLab/photon-resin-calibration

Is there a better exposure setting spreadsheet or website?
If you are running a chitu board based printer, including the pre-update-OG-photon, there's a great xposure range finder tool-> Link for photon, or link for everything else

Old Photon firmware problem
For interest Photonsters have most if not all firmware versions on Github.

Photon Mono Home setting too low/ cant set z=0
I found this code on github from another thread for resetting to factory settings, thats my best guess to be the issue considering I was able to press home and change the z=0 just before printing for the first time, but im also new to printing in general and wasn't sure if this code would work for the Mono.
- On the left are the test files for my photon mono and on the right are some files which were meant to look like the second picture but clearly something has gone catastrophically wrong. It is not a problem with the printer as the test prints all turned out fine so what could be wrong?

Calibrating exposure time - Dimensional Accuracy or detail?
There's no post, but its mentioned in the Photonsters Github, specifically this Google Docs spreadsheet which has a youtube video link with a brief explanation. These docs are mostly for the original Photon, but most of it applies to other machines too.

PHOTON-S replacement Z motor's lead screw has different inclination. can i adjust the firmware to compensate?
Problem with these SLA printers is that they're not that well documented, for the original photon it's known that the steps/mm are changed with an M8010 command, but i'm not sure if it's the same for the S. You can take a look at the default config gcode for the OG photon to see how it's configured. The figure of S0.000625 there indicates a leadscrew pitch of 2mm for the OG photon, so i guess they changed it on the S. This would imply that making a gcode file containing:
- Photon prints rubbish after firmware update
- Anycubic eco resin - biodegradable claim
What are some alternatives?
When comparing photon-resin-calibration and anycubic-photon-docs you can also consider the following projects:
Resin-exposure-finder-v2 - resin exposure finder tool for UV MSLA 3D printers
UVtools - MSLA/DLP, file analysis, calibration, repair, conversion and manipulation
PhotonFileValidator - A file viewer application for AnyCubic Photon sliced files (*.photon and *.cbddlp). The viewer can show you preview images, print information and all layers with information on overhang and islands issues.
