you can also try PSNES standalone emulator: https://github.com/Cpasjuste/pemu/releases moreover, I suggest you, in case of some games stuttering, to overclock your console with PSVShell or Lolita plugins.

You better learn to use ROM manager tools, I would recommend clrmamepro or romvault, you can generate the DAT files directly from the standalone version ( https://github.com/finalburnneo/FBNeo/releases ) by grabbing the nightly build, then go "Misc" -> "Generate dat file" -> "Generate all dats...", or you can download it from here: https://github.com/libretro/FBNeo/tree/master/dats

Does anyone know what I am doing wrong? I did not rename the files. I have tried manual scan in RetroArch with Arcade DAT file from https://github.com/libretro/FBNeo/tree/master/dats but that does not seem to help.
