I have used tools, like PDFsam, to insert, delete, reorder, and rotate pages in existing PDFs. It's a great tool, but it's not a complete PDF editor.

Looking for ways to render pdfs with text layer and ability to search, zoom , go to different pages. any recommended packages?
SimplePDF embed allows you do exactly that, unfortunately it does not support Vue yet (although PRs are welcome!)
