Pathfinder 2e: Any mods that specifically handle afflictions?
I've only done it a couple of times, including this Thursday's game, but I use the PF2E Persistent Damage module to remind me to proc it; we just ignore the flat check, and the card coming up in chat is a reminder to roll the appropriate save.
