Web components to add authN and in-app purchases for dollars or cryptos to any Web offering.
The widgets are written with the help of FAST.design and are standard Web components, but I do have a demo using them in a react.js app.

I am looking for the absolutely simplest framework that will allow me to have it talk back and forth to a Chrome extension to verify that a user has a paid subscription. Any tips? Is this possible with Wordpress?
With overhide widgets in your extension it'd be more along the lines of checking whether your customer is paid up within some period of time, not a recurring subscription. In your extension you add the widgets and in your backend you add a separate authZ verification: nood.js/Az fns example.

This https://overhide.io project is a collection of microservices in support of ledger-based authorizations, a library (on npm) and now the new widgets wrapping it all.
