Oraxen has a pretty well documented wiki, otherwise it is a open source paid plugin with paid support. It would be recommended to get support from the horses mouth (and support the developer).

In terms of griefing protection get Coreprotect for logging/grief rollback, inventoryrollback++ for inventory restoring/logging ,Insights (check github for 1.19.3) which is useful for finding lag machines or laggy areas and a discordSRV/ discord whitelisting bot (whichever you prefer) which helps whitelist users.
