Oh yeah! I'm using the stock launcher on my LG V20 firmware. I would recommend Launchair. I think that is a legit link.
With the release of the Pixel Fold, I hope someone could export the launcher for other foldable 🥲 (it's a Fold 4)

Manual way is a bit more iffy - grab an apk editor of ur liking - foss recommendation is probably "https://github.com/apk-editor/APK-Explorer-Editor" available also on fdroid - i personally never tried but wanna.

With https://github.com/apk-editor/APK-Explorer-Editor (available on F-Droid, Izzydroid, Play-Store and Github) you can modify apks yourself. So it's not that easy and probably less likely to success but if you know what to do it may work.
