opentelemetry-java-contrib VS signoz

In case you don’t get it working you could try JMX metrics from OTEL contrib. Configure it for the Prom exporter.

opentelemetry-java-contrib - contains libraries for standalone utilities which don't fit the scope of the other two projects.

We also have traces, metrics and logs in a single application which makes correlation across them much easier. From what I can understand from Quickwit website, they use Grafana and Jaeger for UI.
