Is there a way to reorder folders without formatting the titles like this? (with the 00- prefix)
You can rearrange the order of the folders by drag & and drop using the Bartender Plugin, you can install it via the BRAT plugin.

To use it, just install the plugin with BRAT (input Quorafind/obsidian-sakana-widget) and then replace the main.js in its plugin folder (.obsidian/plugins/obsidian-sakana-widget) with this file. Unfortunately, updating the plugin will remove these changes; it doesn't have any persistence nor a UI to add new icons yet, afaik.

Update file name and link, but preserve old name as an alias to keep text unchanged?
The plugin isn't available publically yet (under review atm..., so make a backup first to test it out), but you can install it by installing a plugin called BRAT and entering the GitHub link of my plugin into BRAT. Tell me if this doesn't work.

How do you install it? It doesn't show up in the Community plugins and doesn't seem to be supported by https://github.com/TfTHacker/obsidian42-brat

How can I create a database like this in Obsidian?
There is a new plugin called BD Folder that lets you display Dataview tables in a Notion database like in that screenshot. It's still in beta so you need to download the Beta Reviewers Auto-update Tester to install it

Wondering if there's a plugin for Obsidian to bring rich text editor tools on display?
You can install it manually (I never tried this) or use the plugin https://github.com/TfTHacker/obsidian42-brat to install plugins from their github address.

my obsidian custom theme v3 of Blue Topaz
I honestly think this is amazing looking. That being said I wish you could make this available through https://github.com/TfTHacker/obsidian42-brat which hosts beta themes. I currently run plugins that change my theme based off which device I use and using your theme would break that, which is a shame. I will most likely wait until this is possible
