Are there any text-to-speech plug-ins other than the one by Johannes Theiner?

The only tts plug-in I could find is this one. It's kind of buggy and the tts also reads the backlinks if you have them show at the bottom of entries which is annoying. The project appears to be dead as the author is not responding to issues, so I am looking for one that's functional and still supported.

I don't have a larger video yet, but documentation is over at https://juggl.io . I use it myself to keep track of my current project in a visual way, as it can be seen as a "desktop" full of discernable notes and images! The idea is to really combine note taking and mind mapping here.
