Are you using Obsidian as a all-in-one app ?
I tried to use Obsidian for both notes and todos, but ended up splitting out the Todos into Things 3. Was inspired by posts by the maintainer of the Obsidian Periodic Notes plugin, who wrote this integration (that I don’t use) https://github.com/liamcain/obsidian-things-logbook

A simple web app for exporting to-do's
This sounds like a great project and very doable. I recently discovered this plugin for a markdown editor called obsidian that does something similar exporting your things logbook to markdown files.
