    Similar to notebase.io there is and open source program called nulis, I am not sure how actively nulis is developed https://nulis.io/ https://github.com/raymestalez/nulis There is also ginko, ginko chrom extension. Gingko2 desktop and now Ginkowriter…which are different incarnations of the same slide out feature. I believe Nulis was inspired by Ginko.
