References and citations map for literature review and discovery: obsidian-reference-map
I use Zotero as my reference(papers, blogs, tweets, videos, etc..) manager. For research papers especially, I do take quick notes and highlights in Zotero. I import those notes to Obsidian(a couple of plugins do this, but I wrote a plugin called obsidian-zotero-annotations to do this) to make atomic notes. With the help of the Reference map plugin, I find related papers and literature, then import them to Zotero, and the cycle continues. (Zotero-Obsidian-Zotero).
