One year of math notes in Obsidian
As for the links, I wrote a plugin, MathLinks, to replace the titles with other text. The 'other text' is usually math, written in MathJax. I wrote a long comment detailing why this was necessary, but the link I provided here also has all the information :)

Update file name and link, but preserve old name as an alias to keep text unchanged?
I wrote a plugin, called MathLinks, that does this, but for a different purpose (to display math equations in links). To get started, install the plugin (instructions below) and add

One year of math notes in Obsidian
Instant MathJax rendering!! I can't emphasize how nice this is, especially given the fact that it takes ~5 seconds to compile things in actual LaTeX. Now, even though MathJax does not have the full functionality of LaTeX, this is greatly remedied by the amazing Obsidian Extended MathJax plugin.

Obsidian and LATEX packages
This plugin sounds as if it could, but it's unmantained and some tests of mine went nowhere.

Is is possible to sync preamble files (.sty extension) with Obsidian sync?
I have a preamble.sty file that, thanks to this plugin will take effect across all my notes.

How to draw these boxes (chemistry)?
Question that may occure is "How can I implement this example in Obsidian?" and this community plugin may be useful since it allows you to run some LaTeX code on Obsidian application startup. I use it to import 'physics' package, custom command definition also should work. Readme says that you should create `preample.sty` file in the root of the vault.

Is there an easy way to add a mathjax preamble to all my notes?
I've found a few things from googling, but they all seem to be deprecated/dead/etc community packages, like https://github.com/xldenis/obsidian-latex
