Obsidian with Homelab
You can selfhost a live sync server using https://github.com/vrtmrz/obsidian-livesync in my opinion itβs even better than obsidian sync and very feature rich. Would highly highly recommend

Try flatnotes for the markdown editor. Simple but functional design, and works smoothly for me
