How to implement scroll restoration for React Router SPA
I considered using oaf-react-router, but it says nothing in the documentation about disabling scroll restoration or scroll-to-top for certain routes. Edit: It does actually handle this, as outlined in my answer.

How to keep a page rendered, wait for everything to load before navigating?

Using the currently mounted route as the fallback while new route is loading
So I kept looking for a way to do this for 2 days now, but I couldn't find a proper way to do it. The closet solution I got was this implementation route-level-code-split/src/composables at main · HanMoeHtet/route-level-code-split, which worked to some degree, but it's causing some visual flickering when I press the link, cause the component is unmounted and mounted again instead of being not mounted in the first place.
