Regarding windows 11
Essentially, installing MicroG is as simple as installing a couple of apks. The tricky part is enabling signature spoofing beforehand. The exact process on how to do that on WSA is not yet developed AFAIK. I suspect a solution based on Magisk and Haystack would be the answer.

Where do I start building my own using my device's latest official LOS build?
I installed the official (or unofficial) LOS with Magisk then I patched it with Haystack for Android 11, following this guide. After that the MicroG installer worked flawlessly. The end result is indistinguishable from LOS4MiscroG, besides the need for Magisk of course.
