Activity is a relative number indicating how actively a project is being developed. Recent commits have higher weight than older ones.
For example, an activity of 9.0 indicates that a project is amongst the top 10% of the most actively developed projects that we are tracking.

Ask HN: What technology is “cutting edge” in 2022?
I'm the author of one of the open source NZ vaccination passport libs. I'm pretty familiar with the specification and afaik I know theres no use of ZKP's. Its a fairly standard public/private key cryptography. Happy to be proven wrong though!

Scientists have found misinformation posted online about the COVID-19 vaccine was associated with hesitancy toward inoculation and lower vaccination rates in some geographical areas of the United States
This is the first time I was made aware of the Covaxxy dataset and is a good reminder to everyone about online privacy. It also is limited to a 3 month data subset from early 2021.
