node-twitter-api-v2 VS twitter.js

I have spent the last few days implementing Twitter's Oauth 1.0a 3-legged auth flow - using Express and React with twitter-api-v2 - and it has been a nightmare. But I've finally figured it out.

I am building a cloudflare worker that posts Tweets whenever I do a simple get request to my Cloudflare worker to trigger the process. I was trying to use'twitter-api-v2' (https://github.com/PLhery/node-twitter-api-v2) to post the Tweet but apparently Cloudflare doesn't support 'twitter-api-v2'. Does anyone know how to write a Twitter Post API call from scratch?

How do I see that? I'm using a wrapper around Twitter API which is the package twitter-api-v2.
