nl_cmd VS pyro

Here's a link to a mod using Pyro as it's build process. It even goes the next step forward and actually uses github actions to have a proper CI pipeline.

Now found here. Was account-gated on fire's initial move, but now everything is public.

Master of Disguise will let you do that to an extent by defining fur armor as "bandit faction" equipment, that will mark the player as belonging to the bandit faction when worn. There's also a detection mechanic, but it does allow for more stealth-based options and just walking into bandit camps without being instantly attacked. No longer on the Nexus, but it's available for download here.

https://fireundubh.github.io/skyrim/master_of_disguise_sse might be just what you're looking for. I think it was removed from Nexus but it should be on fireundubh's website.

However, if you're primarily working with Papyrus scripts rather than on ESP level stuff in the CK i'd highly reccomend setting up Pyro (wiki) which is a proper end to end build automation tool for skyrim mods.
