nice-modal-react VS murder

I'm still pretty new to TypeScript and I've run into a snag I don't know how to fix. I'm using a package called nice-modal-react for my modal handler. First, I create the modal component called CreateTodoModal which basically just has a button that resolves a dummy Todo. Then, I have the App component which calls show() on the modal. When show() resolves it should log out the new Todo created in the modal.

You might want to look into eBay/nice-modal-react. This package was made to ease working with modals in React and solves cases such as yours. If you want to implement it yourself then look into portals in React.

I went to https://twitter.com/ and only got the login page. You can see individual posts without an account, but most other read-only functionality is hidden behind the login wall.

I don’t know that the rename is going to stick. The logo is still an X in blackboard bold, but https://x.com/ links now redirect to https://twitter.com/.

Also, an easy work around is to take a twitter url and replace twitter.com with nitter.net to see the tweet and all replies.
