nestjs-course-task-management VS Nest

I am following a NestJs course by Ariel Weinberger I am trying to run this code but when I do curl http://localhost:3000/tasks I get 404 cannot get /tasks , here is his code it's almost same , I even tried to use older version of nestjs which he is using but still not able to figure out what went wrong.
