Favorite Module of 2022?
So for me, the module of the year is the Voxmachina Sigma (video link), an open-source function/slew generator. (Here's the Voxmachina GitHub with all the build files for it and five other modules.) It'll do a lot of the things that modules like MATHS do — and for patches that need more than a single envelope generator/LFO/slew limiter/floor wax/dessert topping, I have a second one.

OpenSource ??
I recently built the Sigma function generator (similar to Make Noise's Function or half a Maths — I actually built two) by Voxmachina, and it and other modules are in that github .

Tayda’s prices are great, are they too good to be true? Anything I should steer away from?
95% of the components for my modules (https://github.com/musicdevghost/eurorack) are from Tayda ;) and no issue at all so far, I can recommend it.

Serge inspired programmer coming to life!
:D yeah we can do it with a couple of ICs for sure, but mostly I really wanted to go deep on learning exactly how voltage and current works and transistors as well! For the patch I'm using my VCO two of them following the same pitch one sine modulates the fm of the other and using the square output, just one envelope for the LPG, what gives that warmer sound is actually my resonant low pass gate ;) all these are open source as well btw at https://github.com/musicdevghost/eurorack
