In theory you could use github.com/makerdao/multicall with w3. Unfortunately there is a bug in w3 with tuple slices, so you can not parse

Another trick you can use is to incorporate https://github.com/makerdao/multicall into your project. E.g. via https://github.com/Destiner/ethcall. That way your calls are bundled and won't eat your your API call limits fast (i.e. 10 calls are bundled into just one call).
