What is your current variable rate and what bank are you with?
There was a guy called Luke Prior that webscraped this great setup. Shows all the different banks and rates. Even has variations of interest for some options. https://lukeprior.github.io/mortgage-manager/ Unfortunately I dont know the original post or username only that it came from AusFinance.
