Shay's website is a great resource. It's a little outdated but has valuable information. You could also look into MDN's website, which is actually THE best resource for web development.

I liked Shay Howe's Learn to Code HTML & CSS series. Lesson 5 has some examples of using floats for layout.
- I’m learning HTML all on my own and I have no idea how I’m supposed to apply the knowledge.

Interesting find, I took a cursory look at their GitHub[1] and they seem to accept PR from outside but I didn't find any explicit mention of copyright transfer; Perhaps because there's no separate version of sequence.js for commercial use(Just use case differentiation).
