Hey, I ran into similar problems and ended up giving up, but I can point you in hopefully the right direction and maybe you can pull it off. The issue is known and listed here, https://github.com/McModLauncher/modlauncher/issues/91, but long story short your Java version is too up to date. You need to downgrade your Java to a prior working version. If you do end up finding a solution, I would love to hear it!

Either update Forge (or the pack, if you haven't done that yet) or downgrade Java; this is related to a breaking change at the Java level made a little while back. You're totally right to be at a loss here. I have no clue why all of a sudden we have binary-breaking changes landing in some innocuous Java patch.

I was playing FTB:I when i found out that Volumetric Interfaces do not work with Pattern Extension cards from AE2 Unofficial Extended Life. After finding the corresponding GitHub issue at https://github.com/FTBTeam/FTB-Modpack-Issues/issues/2517, i figured that I'd try to fix the issue myself.

there more than likely should be 2 types of stone dungeons that generated in what's visible as well. This certainly could be some kind of bug. I would submit a bug report on their GitHub here

contrary to the advice you've been given I have been trying to recover a world due to this bug reported to FTB and the Chickens Mod with a status of waiting for mod update
