Who should you delegate then? You should delegate to somebody that you consider their fee acceptable, who is honest and has a good reputation. In my opinion, you should delegate to somebody that actively does something for the project by adding value to the ecosystem. As an example, we from WeStake.Club, we are fully committed to continuously build software to expand the ecosystem such as Clorio Wallet, Mina-ledger-js and mina.tools.

I've been looking at different documents like Ledger Hardware Wallet ETH JavaScript bindings and I don't see anything for this.

In that case, is there a way to programmatically transfer my funds somewhere else? I noticed that there are methods for creating a transaction of signing a transaction, but I didn't find anything regarding sending a transaction to an other address. However I wouldn't suggest to use the bridge and rather focus on a native webhid/webusb implementation as the user experience would be much smoother.
