Demonstrating the knowledge in SQL on GitHub?
Maybe you might share useful SQL-queries for pg system tables and views. For performance monitoring, meta information etc. E.g. I have this repo https://github.com/mgramin/malewicz and there a lot of SQL-queries in "templates/sql" folder

Looking for a simple SQL visualization tool that displays raw sql queries as bar charts and graphs and doesn't have a large learning curve
I could suggest my experimental project. Malewicz helps to transform raw sql-queries result to something else (by using Jinja2) https://github.com/mgramin/malewicz I am ready to help you with any question

Hackable GUI SQL-manager written in SQL itself
Please check it out and give it a try https://github.com/mgramin/malewicz
This is a tool for visualization. For query building we already have a lot of amazing source-code editors and IDE's (e.g. VS Code, DataGrip etc) That's why we write and debug SQL-queries in favorite editor and just drop sql-files to the repo. E.g. we have two simple queries for extract all tables info and all relations between tables And now we write a cute jinja2 template for drawing a mermaidjs database diagram (ER or something like that) And result - https://malewicz.herokuapp.com/diagram

Recommendation for a common, unique, online, self-hosted MySQL and PostgreSQL management tool
How about this tool https://github.com/mgramin/malewicz ? I am the author. For now this tool don't support MySQL (only Postgre) but I can help and adopt tool for MySQL too. Malewicz was originally created specifically for hacking and extending.
- This is my new experimental SQL tool, please check it and star it
