Of course! The same way they did for the german Luca app.
Even if it only leads to improvement of the app due to public pressure, instead of disbanding it.
And in general just to be a pain in a* to the involved scammers, grifters and usual competent action simulators.

I don't follow Twitter, but the reason why it's trending could be because they were caught infringing copyright yesterday.

Furthermore some code, e.g. from jBaseZ85 was stolen, license disclaimers were removed, e.g. from the gradlew script.
- Sell a millions $$$ worth app to the state of Germany but try to get away with copyright enfringement from an opensource dev.
- luca App Quellcode veröffentlicht: "Schlimmste Lizenz, die wir seit langem gelesen haben" - Außerdem eventueller Lizenzverstoß durch nicht markierte Nutzung eines fremden Codes
