Lua is a very nice piece of technology. Its source code is pretty easy to get into, the documentation is complete.

It has its quirks yes, but if I need to add scripting to a software, I'd consider Lua before considering writing a DSL, simply because you can pretty much embed Lua's source in your C/C++ software as a static library[0].

The stack-based approach makes it so easy to interact with C/C++, and I've been looking at the Rust bindings[1] recently out of curiosity, looks promising.

The hardest part about this was figuring out the right algorithm implementation from online sites, and more importantly deciphering almost cryptic math formulas that were presented, So I decided to write a guide? handbook? called A Robot's guide to seeing the world I wrote this along side and in tandem with Aadv1k/cv.c and explained many of the things I had implemented there as the paper. So r/computervision I come here for your input on both of these projects, yet again I am not a CS grad, I followed online guides and kept googling different greek symbols to figure out what the hell was going on. I would be blessed if experts on here were to take a look at either and give thier feed back.
