lobster-challenge VS spacebudz

I am running through the Plutus Pioneer Program and I have reached week 5. Also as a reference, I will use the LobsterChallenge repository. I am a bit confused about how NFTs work for the Cardano blockchain.

They also regularly use the system to demonstrate how it could be used for a robust world of smart contracts that aren't just 'dexes for maxing out your APY. For example not too long ago we got to name Hoskinson's toy lobster by doing anonymous voting. There are also some really great projects like Atala Prism related to establishing a permanent digital identity digitized into the blockchain where you control the keys to view your certifications, degrees, health information and so forth, rather than leaving them in the hands of Google or Apple, a variety of doctors' offices you visit, your insurance companies, etc etc.

C'mon Cardano community, still 116 votes left on the 🦞 Lobster Challenge Smart Contract 🦞. Let's name Charles' lobster before the start of the Cardano Summit the day after tomorrow. Instructions how to execute on https://github.com/input-output-hk/lobster-challenge.

Last Sunday, during a live-streamed celebration of the Alonzo Hark Fork, the IOHK team presented our community with The Lobster Challenge (https://github.com/input-output-hk/lobster-challenge).

The intent was to create a well documented smart contract example and then allow people to interact with it as a low barrier to entry engagement opportunity for the community. Spacebudz - https://spacebudz.io/ I don't own this one but it's the first big nft project on Cardano. Basically the CryptoPunkz of Cardano. It's currently the most expensive 10,000 piece nft project by a large margin.
