This means you actually have Project AHO installed. Uninstall it if you don't want it. Collection is unrelated to your installed mods and activated plugins, use modwatch or load-order-library to share your lists.

Help with relaucnhing ultimate Skyrim
I followed what Wabbajack and the official Ultimate Skyrim website gave me, including this, this, this, this and this. If it was truly a "trackwreck" as you say, I don't think it would've been working as long as it has (since December). But regardless, I'll have to redownload everything anyways. Curse you, Bruma.

Issue with skui and spell groups
Me (as a player) on the other hand can suggest adding the mod more hotkeys please (https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/23416/) to your load order to bypass SkyUI completely. Its a bit fiddly to start with so make sure you read the mod page so you know what to do. Follow the basic Mod addition guide here https://github.com/phinocio/UltimateSkyrim/blob/master/Docs/ModdingUltSky.md#ultimate-skyrim-modding-basics if you want to install it.
