Although not with the variations mentioned, this stat does exist and is pretty recently updated in IvanLudvig's stat page (countsperday.txt / countsperdayfrom1k.txt for a variation that excludes everything until the 1000th count)

And I found reddit-history too late. Looking back at how Reddit kneecapping API pulls months ago makes it clear they’ve been planning this for a while.
